No product names or contents are displayed on the outside of the parcel.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
🔁 Refused or Returned Packages
Packages that are:
Refused by the recipient
Returned due to incorrect address
Undeliverable due to customer error
may be subject to a restocking or reshipping fee.
We do not accept returns of opened or used mushroom products for health and safety reasons.
